Cuvée is made the world’s best and most ethical single-origin cocoa beans from across the globe cocoa beans. The beans are stoneground. The chocolate is hand-made in small batches using traditional methods. Produced in Mornington Peninsula, south of Melbourne Victoria. The region enjoys a unique maritime climate due to its Southern Ocean location.
